When a refund happens

If a deposit is final on Ethereum but the fUSD payout cannot be completed, the order is refunded. This is a manual process carried out by the operator, not an automatic one.

What you get back

USDT, to the Ethereum address the deposit came from. Not to any other address, and not in the token you originally sent if it was swapped on the way in — the swap cannot be undone, so the original asset generally cannot be restored.

How long it takes

Refunds are executed from a multisignature wallet and require more than one person, so they are not instant. Contact support with your order id; the order id is the identifier for everything about your swap.

What is not refundable

Network fees already spent on Ethereum, and any price movement between your deposit and the refund. A quote that expired before you deposited costs you nothing, because nothing was charged.
